I'm having to belt up and eat low-glycemic again. I really don't like that many vegetables but I'm going to have to force 'em down. Chinese food is one way I can fool myself into eating them. I don't have a cheap local Chinese joint that I like all that well, though, so I think it's a good idea for me to learn how to cook Chinese food. Starting with stir-fry. Anyway, does anyone have recommendations for a good Chinese cookbook?
